GatewayCDI, St. Louis, announced plans to expand its global reach with the execution of a strategic partnership agreement with IRIS, Lenexa, Kan.
Under terms of the agreement, IRIS and GatewayCDI will combine their marketing and sales capabilities to expand existing relationships and pursue new opportunities throughout North America and abroad.
Combining GearBox, IRIS’ proprietary marketing logistics platform technology, and GatewayCDI’s promotional product offerings will allow the new enterprise to change the way in which companies not only procure their promotional items, but transform the way companies approach their entire marketing and procurement systems.
Paul Kotz, IRIS founder, explained, “This partnership is a milestone moment for IRIS, and will provide the additional sales and support horsepower that we need to continue our accelerated growth pattern and create more jobs for Kansans.”
IRIS is a technology company that develops software that transforms companies’ business processes through automation while combining disparate applications into one easy-to-use portal. Its flagship product, GearBox, connects multiple environments and provides full transparency throughout entire marketing/procurement networks. IRIS also provides print sourcing to its clients for a one-stop shop engagement.
“GatewayCDI and IRIS have remarkable synergies as companies,” noted GatewayCDI CEO Chuck Fandos. “Together we know that we will add tremendous value to clients by providing an extraordinary and unique combination of technology and services.”
