Breaking: Blueline/Rediform to Acquire SunGraphix

Harolde Savoy, CEO of Dominion Blueline Inc. and Rediform Inc., and Gene Geiger, CEO of Geiger and SunGraphix, jointly announced today an agreement for the Blueline/Rediform group to acquire SunGraphix and its iconic diary, planner, and journals collections. The closing will take place on Friday, March 29, and a detailed transition plan will be announced shortly in order to assure a smooth transition of all customer orders.

Top 50 distributor Geiger announced it was closing its printing and manufacturing business, which includes the SunGraphix line as well as the Farmers’ Almanac, in January 2013. The company pledged at that time to find a home for its SunGraphix products, and in February sold its Sullivan Daily Date calendar and 12-sheet calendar pad collections to Warwick Publishing Company.

Blueline/Rediform will acquire the remainder of the SunGraphix line, which includes diary, journal and planner collection. The company, which has had close to 100 years of experience in the retail office product market, produces more than 1,200 items made from eco-friendly processes and materials.

Check back with Promo Marketing Headlines tomorrow for more information on the SunGraphix acquisition.
