Teavana has announced a recall of more than a dozen glass tumblers following reports that the items have spontaneously broken, shattered or exploded unexpectedly. The company has recalled 11 glass tumblers and two tea sets after more than 300 complaints from customers.

H&M, in conjunction with the Consumer Product Safety Commission, has issued a second recall for water bottles sold at its stores throughout the U.S. The water bottles were originally recalled in September 2012, and about 200 units have been sold since then.
