Philadelphia-based North American Publishing Co., parent company of Promo Marketing, has announced the appointment of David Leskusky as its president. He succeeds president Ned Borowsky, who becomes vice chairman of NAPCO alongside his father, chairman and founder Irvin J. Borowsky.
