The Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, Hollywood, Fla., hired Rymax Marketing Services, Pine Brook, N.J., to create a high-end, unique and rewarding experience for its VIP players.
The Friday event attracted about 800 attendees, who were invited as a result of their mid- to high-tier status at the casino. Each attendee could choose among a selection of 20 Sentry Safes, which each contained a similarly priced gift inside or a higher priced prize from brands like Beats by Dre, Michael Kors, Samsung and Tag Heuer.
The next night high-end level players were invited back to “Crack the Vault.” Each received a preprinted card with an imbedded code and choose one of 10 safe to try to open. If the code unlocked the safe, the player won the contents, which was merchandise totaling $2,000 in eight of the safes and $5,000 cash in the remaining two. Those who did not “Crack the Vault” received $200 in free play.
“Overall, this event was very well received and everyone involved had a great time,” said Paul Gordon, Rymax’s vice president of sales. “We’re especially proud because its success serves as an excellent example of the type of events Rymax is capable of putting together for our clients. We work strategically with both the program and the venue in order to create something that appeals to the target audience on a multitude of levels by using on-trend, innovative ideas and aspirational rewards that will keep these VIP players coming back,” he added.
