TSC Apparel, Cincinnati, announced it has added Comfort Colors By Chouinard to its product offering. The popular line will round out TSC’s assortment with garment-dyed tees, tanks and fleece for men, ladies and youth, in a large range of colors. The line offers more than 90 colors, and items can be custom dyed to match any PMS color. Currently, there are more than 15,000 colors in its library, and the number continues to grow.

Bruce Fox Inc. recently announced the acquisition of DYR/Design Your Recognition.

Aaron Itzkowitz from DYR will be joining Bruce Fox as part of the team. DYR’s manufacturing will be transferred to the Bruce Fox operations in New Albany, Ind.

Meijer to Pay $2 Million Penalty for Distributing Recalled Products

A grocery/discount store chain with more than 200 locations in the Midwest has agreed to pay a $2 million civil penalty for distributing recalled products, the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) announced last week. The CPSC alleged that Meijer, Grand Rapids, Mich., knowingly sold and distributed 12 different recalled products.
