Overture Promotions, previously based in Vernon Hills, Ill., announced on Monday that it is fully operational in its new headquarters facility in Waukegan, Ill., 40 miles north of Chicago. The $70 million promotional marketing firm consolidated two distribution centers into 200,000 square feet of warehouse space in the new facility, with expanded screen print and embroidery operations, and upgraded office space.
